Workplace well-being isn’t just about physical well-being — nutrition, exercise, healthy biometrics, quality sleep. It’s much more holistic and includes a focus on mental health.

Mental health has never been so important. We believe that supporting your individual and our collective mental health is no longer a nice-to-have but rather it is table-stakes. As we continue building and evolving our holistic total rewards programs, we encourage you to take the opportunity to share your ideas and needs with us so we can develop programs that are meaningful to you.

Finding the Therapist Right for You

Trying to find a therapist can be daunting. To find a mental health provider who’s right for you, ask for referrals from loved ones or your primary care physician. You can also search online for a therapist based on cost, whether they accept insurance, and location. It’s common to see a few therapists before you find the right person. Don’t give up or blame yourself if things don’t work out. Once you connect with someone, you can begin the journey of therapy and the process of healing. It’ll be worth the effort.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Life can be unpredictable. And it’s not always easy. So it’s a big deal to know there’s help available when you need it. That’s what an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is all about. With an EAP, you and your family household members have access to free, confidential resources to help handle life’s everyday — and not so everyday — challenges. Many employers offer an EAP through their healthcare benefits - although it’s not talked about a lot. So ask your employer whether they offer an EAP and how to get more information.

Modern Health: Circles

Foster connection through live community sessions led by licensed therapists and certified coaches.

Circles are designed to be spaces for us to collectively learn, grow, and connect across topics that impact our day-to-day lives. Circles make taking steps toward better mental health just a little bit easier, by providing three distinct formats that are designed to meet you where you're at.

There are three types of Circles:

We believe that everyone should have access to safe spaces that uplift and support their diverse communities. Many of our Circles are specifically designed to offer community healing across a number of social impact issues—like Honoring LGBTQ+ Voices, BIPOC Mental Health Month, Healing Latinx/Hispanic Communities, Healing Black Communities, and Healing Asian Communities—and are developed by providers who specialize across these areas.
